Noun. nanay. a mother. an affectionate or honorific term for an older woman.
Like any Filipino mom, I strive to be better everyday. Not just for my wonderful family but for all the people who trust me. I cherish every cooking, and pass it on to my children and to their children for generations to come.

Western influences have also made it's mark on Filipino cuisine, thus it's a real melting pot of flavors.
